How are light bulbs made?

2022-11-19
LED Bulb, a lighting source that emits light and heat through electrical energy, was invented by Edison. Perhaps the great Edison invented the light Bulb, but the automated production line that mass-produces light bulbs was not invented by Edison. Today, let's learn how to make a light bulb!

"Lighting equipment" is produced with the continuous development of human civilization. The most common function of light bulbs is lighting. With the development of society, the use of light bulbs has also undergone different changes. At the beginning, it may be for the convenience of production and life, but with the progress of society, the use of light bulbs has also undergone obvious changes, and "cars and beautification" have appeared. Functional lamps for different purposes such as environment and decoration.

How are light bulbs made?

Smart LED Bulb is made according to the principle of heating effect of electric current. After the bulb is connected to the rated voltage, the current passes through the filament and is heated to an incandescent state (above 2000 degrees Celsius), thereby generating heat. In this way, when working, electrical energy is converted into internal energy and light energy. The structure of the light bulb is very simple. On its bottom there are two metal contacts for connecting electricity. A metal contact has two wires that touch a thin metal wire. The filament is in the center of the bulb and is supported by glass.

The biggest problem with the Microwave Sensor Led Bulb is the sublimation of the filament. The temperature varies due to the slight difference in resistance across the tungsten wire. Where the resistance is large, the temperature rises high, and the tungsten wire sublimates quickly, resulting in the thinning of the tungsten wire and further increase in resistance. The tungsten wire is blown. It was later found that sublimation of the tungsten filament could be slowed down by replacing the vacuum with an inert gas. Most light bulbs today are filled with nitrogen, argon, or krypton. Modern incandescent bulbs typically last about 1,000 hours.
